PROMOTION
since 2019
Mr. Hironobu Tsujiguchi x Jiyugaoka x SANNO
Jiyugaoka is home to many famous and popular sweets shops, such as Mont Blanc, a long-established Western confectionery store that originated Mont Blanc cake, and Jiyugaoka Sweets Forest, Japan's first sweets theme park.
<Jiyugaoka Sweets Promotion> is a project in which students learn the secrets of promotion from Hironobu Tsujiguchi, a world-renowned super pastry chef representing Japan, and work primarily on branding the city as the city of sweets, ''Jiyugaoka.''
The project is a collaboration between Mr. Tsujiguchi, who is the owner-chef of the Western confectionery store Mont Saint Clair and Jiyugaoka Roll Shop in Jiyugaoka, and is also involved in product brands, regional promotion, and corporate production, both Western and Japanese, and Jiyugaoka's shopping district. Alico Rouge
Cakes we want to deliver to people who care about their health
Nowadays, many people are concerned about their health. For this reason, some people may hold back on sweets or eat while worrying about their sugar intake.
With this realization in mind, we wanted to create sweets that even those who care about their health can easily eat, with the concept of ``creating a future where people can eat sweets with peace of mind.''
And thus, “Alico Rouge” was born.

Sweets education
Sweets education is the development of planning skills. Steps are required to create delicious and beautiful sweets.
Not only do they experience the success of making sweets, but they also feel the value and meaning of their existence by giving the sweets as gifts and making their anniversaries meaningful through sweets. Cultivating such small minds is the value of sweets education.
I would like both mothers and fathers to learn this method so that they can pass it on to a variety of children.

You can learn from sweets from more perspectives than before, such as countries, the equipment used to make sweets, and events, and it's amazing how familiar "sweets" can lead to such a wide range of learning! It will also be a discovery.
Let's have fun trying out the sweets quiz to exercise your brain or study with your family and children!

Re-distributing the charm of Jiyugaoka with sweets and beauty
This project was started by students who wanted to ``re-promote the charm of Jiyugaoka.'' Jiyugaoka is famous as a city of sweets, and at the same time, it is also a city with a strong interest in beauty. However, as there is an image that "sweets are the enemy of beauty," "sweets" and "beauty" have a contradictory relationship. Therefore, we thought that if we could promote these two strengths at the same time, it would be the best promotion for the city, and this product was born.
With “Low Carbohydrate Terrine Chocolat Moringa” at the forefront, the “Beauty” x “Sweets” project will continue to grow.

SDGs awareness project born from the thoughts of students
6.46 million tons per year. This is the amount of "food loss" produced in Japan. This number is among the highest in the world. We have started a project to improve this food waste problem. In this project, we will be distributing "ZENB" original arrangement recipe videos by Hironobu Tsujiguchi, a world-renowned super pastry chef representing Japan. Through ZENB, a brand that shares the idea of ``cherishing ingredients,'' and videos, we aim to improve each household's awareness of ingredients and realize a sustainable society.
